What you need ~

PSP I used PSP 9

A good understanding
of PSP and Plugins.
 
Super Blade Pro and Preset

Flower Shapes from PSP
I am uploading these to the files
Section for those of you who are
missing this file.  You just put it in
Your Preset Shapes folder.

Optional
Gradient
 Gem/Jewel

:) Ready for some fun?

1. Open a new image 300 x 300

2. Flood fill with black or white depending on the
color you choose for your flower
(this is for viewing purposes)

3. Click on your Preset shapes button it looks like this...

Find your flower2 shape it looks like this...

4. On your preset shape tool bar make sure you have these settings:

5. Set your color palette like this... (you may use any color you like)
 

**Optional** This Adds depth...try this...
go to your color palette and choose Gradient then find a nice
two tone gradient. Ex: Light Pink to Dark Pink, Set it up like this:
 
then continue the steps below.
In the example below~ the flower
on the top is a solid color,
the one on the bottom is a gradient.

6. In the middle of your image draw out the shape until you have it
the size you like. 

7. Once you have it the way you want it right click on the layer and convert
it to a raster layer Here is how mine looks now.

8.Using your magic wand, select the circle in the middle of the flower.
Go to Selections, Modify, expand by 1
Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your color or gradient of choice,
Select none. Now we have this:
 

**Optional** you can Add a new raster layer and choose a gem for the center
of your flower.
Place it in the center of the flower and make sure it is slightly larger
than the opening.~ If you choose do it this way just stop at step 3 below 
and then scroll down to the Export as a tub if you need to know how.
 

Now for the fun ~

You'll Need Super Blade Pro
PSP 9 

The Preset for Super Blade Pro

You need to download this preset from the link above, then you unzip it to your
SBP environments folder,

The first time  you go to use it, SBP will ask you to find one of the files
Just browse the environment folder until you find the file it is asking
for.

1. Make sure you are on the flower layer, Click outside the flower
with your magic wand. Selections, Invert

2. Go to Effects, Plugins, Flaming Pear, Super Blade Pro,  choose the Coconut Ice preset
and apply it. (M-Coconutice.q5q)

3.Select None 

4.  Now click on the flower middle layer

5. Repeat steps 1 and 2  Here is what you have now.

6. Delete the background layer.   Now you can either just save it as a PSP
file or you can export it as a tube.

Here is how to export it as a tub file.

1.  Select your tube layer

2. Go to Edit, and Copy.

3. Paste as a new image (this removes excess background)

4. Go to File, Export, Picture tube and set it up like this:

click OK and you're done.
